SUMMARY:
Our client within the Agricultural Sector in Bloemfontein is looking for a Production Manager within the Animal Feed Industry.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate of equivalent NQF4.
• 5 years of Managerial experience.
• Valid RSA driver's license with own transport.
• Excellent People relationship management.
• Knowledge regarding IOS standards.

• 5 Years of Customer Service experience in the animal feed industry.
• Knowledge within the animal feed production industry.

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in a high-volume and fast-paced monogastric and ruminant environment.
• Produce products per strict adherence to the company's policies and procedures.
• Improve line productivity (OEE) by analysing line performances and taking the necessary action.
