What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll support device production through setup, repairs, calibration, and testing. You'll help fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, while contributing to R&D efforts by assisting in product development, 3D printing, and electronic/mechanical design. You'll also ensure strict quality standards and compliance through documentation, process control, and calibration tracking.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or IT environment
- Background in R&D, device servicing, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of:
- Smartphones, tablets, and electronics
- Quality and compliance systems
- Technical documentation and process writing
Nice-to-Have:
- Technical certificate or qualification
- Experience with headphone calibration or hardware servicing
- Mechanical and electronic design know-how
Soft Skills:
- Excellent teamwork and communication
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Process-driven with a hands-on approach
