SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to support the Production and Quality Assurance teams with device calibration, setup, troubleshooting, and essential technical tasks. You’ll also assist with research, testing, and basic product development in a dynamic and innovative environment. Ideal for someone with a technical background and 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, IT, or hardware servicing.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum education (essential):
Grade 12

Minimum education (desirable):
Relevant technical Certificate

Minimum applicable experience (years):
3 - 5 years

Required nature of experience:

Manufacturing or IT environment
Research and Development
Troubleshooting and fault finding
Headphone calibration or servicing of hardware devices

Skills and Knowledge (essential):

Quality and Compliance systems
Teamwork
Technical documentation
Knowledge of technology (Smartphones, tablets, apps, electronics, schematic basics)
Writing process and procedures

Critical thinking
