POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of six (6) years of experience in a Programme Manager role overseeing SAP implementation projects.
Successfully delivered at least Six (6) full-cycle SAP implementation projects
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including direct supervision of Project Managers and related technical/functional resources.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, project governance, stakeholder engagement, and programme-level reporting.

Experience Skill:

Experience working across multiple SAP modules and functional domains (e.g., Finance, Logistics, HR).
Strong understanding of cloud-based SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in risk management, budget tracking, and milestone delivery within large-scale transformation programmes.

Certification:

Certification in SAP Activate methodology.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Mandatory:

Must have led a team of Project Managers on SAP programmes.
Must have a minimum of Six (6) years of experience as a Programme Manager.
Must have successfully delivered six (6) SAP projects.
Must be certified with SAP Activate.
Must be certified in Project Management.
