Programme/Projects Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a young, dynamic and experienced Program/Projects Manager to take full accountability for the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value client projects. In this strategic role, you will manage a team of Project Managers and ensure each program is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both client and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Project Management & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects
• Ensure all projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks (budget, scope creep, deadlines)
• Monitor the project roadmap and ensure efficient workflow and reporting

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project professionals
• Allocate tasks, set clear objectives, and ensure high performance
• Foster a collaborative, value-driven culture aligned with company values

• Develop and maintain project systems, tools, templates, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement and integrate AI to enhance PM efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

• Act as primary liaison for key clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication
• Lead regular status meetings, reporting, and performance reviews
• Drive client satisfaction and identify opportunities for organic growth

• Plan and oversee project resources across the portfolio
• Support vendor engagement and contracting when needed
• Work with finance to ensure accurate budget tracking and profitability
• Provide weekly status reports and ensure complete project documentation

• Degree/Diploma in Project Management or equivalent (essential)
• PMI, PMP, or similar certification (preferred)

• 10+ years in project/program management (market research industry preferred)
• 3–5 years managing complex, multi-project portfolios
• 2+ years leading a team of Project Coordinators or Managers

• Expert in project methodologies and tools
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills
• Budget and financial management experience
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills
• Resilient, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning abilities
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project skills
