The Project & Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all project and engineering functions. This includes ensuring that all projects—both their own and those led by others—are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role also involves leading teams, managing resources, providing technical guidance, and maintaining oversight of departmental performance.

Define technical and financial project scope based on contract and handover documents.

Chair and document regular project review meetings with stakeholders.

Ensure safety compliance across all projects and report weekly safety KPIs.

Collaborate with Finance to monitor budgets, manage costs, and ensure timely invoicing and cash flow forecasting.

Oversee documentation for site access, and ensure timely timesheet submissions.

Support commercial teams with project-related inputs for proposals.

Conduct technical risk assessments.

Ensure timely, scope-compliant, and cost-effective delivery of all projects.

Plan and manage internal and external resources for project execution.

Develop and maintain project schedules and progress tracking.

Manage vendor selection and contractor approvals.

Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools.

Perform risk management to reduce project-related risks.

Ensure proper project documentation and conduct post-project reviews, including lessons learned.
