We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital investment projects within a leading manufacturing organisation. The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle (ASDEO process), manage 3rd-party contractors, ensure HSE compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• PM certification (e.g., APMP, PMP, PRINCE2)
• NEBOSH General/CONSTRUCTION Certificate (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in capital project delivery within manufacturing/industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of industry contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC)
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Stage-Gate (ASDEO) project management processes
• Develop contracts and manage turnkey installations with external contractors
• Own project business cases, ensuring financial and strategic alignment
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to governance, risk, and quality standards
• Provide H&S leadership for all project phases
