SUMMARY:
A Global Flooring Solutions Company is seeking a Qualified Project Manager / Site Agent to join their team in East Rand Area.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications & Experience:-

Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management within construction or flooring
Applications.
Strong knowledge of industrial flooring systems and construction processes
EE position in line with the Company''s Employment Equity plan and transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:-

Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear
Communication and satisfaction throughout the project.
Team leadership: Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship and compliance with specifications.
Risk Management: Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management.
ISO: Monitor and implement of the 19001, 14001 and 45001 systems.
