POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Must be based in Cape Town, Western Cape
Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative roles
Experience in the built environment, architectural firms, or similar industries highly advantageous
Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet) is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, Access)
Strong document management and data capturing skills
Ability to support cross-functional teams in scheduling and coordination
Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015, construction industry regulations, and operational processes (advantageous)
