JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client, a leader in the Media, Communications and PR Industry is looking for a Projects Coordinator for their Cape Town office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Areas:

Branding
Window Branding
Generic Media and New Stores Coordination (Montana, Polokwane and Western Cape)
Specific Campaign Coordination (Marketing, collaborated campaigns and other) two major Client campaigns.
Surveys and Administration
Dealing with all requests from the teams
Window Branding - arrangements of artwork set up and approval with Graphic Designers and Client
Setting up quotations and chasing approval thereof
Setting up delivery notes
Booking in of prints with DTP
Arrange tickets and couriers where needed
Review couriers monthly where applicable
Arrange installations dates with 3rd Parties or OPS where needed
Update Cash Flow and Invoicing document
Submit invoicing weekly
Relationship building and effective communication
Review recharges etc

Each Campaign has a specific set of KPI's
