Our client, an industry giant within the Property space, is looking for a Property Accountant on a contract basis.

Job & Company Description:
Our client, a large and listed entity with decades of industry experience and knowledge, is currently recruiting for a Property Accountant.

The duties of this role include sign off of all expense and payment capturing by creditors, reallocation of journals, review of monthly Manco and shareholder packs, prepare year end and half year end audit packs, preparation of budgets, prepare balance sheets and resolving of VAT queries.

Education:

BCom (minimum)
4 years' experience

Job Experience & Skills Required:

MDA
Property knowledge
Excel experience
Articles (beneficial)
