POSITION INFO:

Leading Property Investment Group is looking for an experienced Property Investment Consultant.

Hybrid model – working form home and the office form time-to-time.

Virtual consultations are the primary driver of business.

No cold calling.

No sourcing of stock as stock is provided.

Requirements:

- Relevant diploma / degree (financial qualification will be an advantage)

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property sales or financial advisory role

- Fluent in English

- Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle

- A reliable home office with a stable internet connection

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Exceptionally computer literate – Word, Excel, G Suite, Zoom

- Telephone etiquette

- Knowledge of Trust entity and company structures

- Knowledge in property financing

- Knowledge in property registration

- General tax knowledge

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and confirming consultations with clients

- Work directly with Booking Agents and the team of in-house experts as well as Chartered Accountants, Tax Specialists, Trust Attorney, Rental managers, Home Loan Specialists, etc.

- Consult with primary buyers and investors to assist them in growing their property portfolio.

- Sell investment property to first time and seasoned investors

- Provide excellent customer service to clients.

- Maintain close client relationships

- Log all activities regarding liaison clients

- Updating sales spreadsheets and other admin-related duties

- Preparing contracts, mandates, FICA documentation and liaising with clients for signatures if required.

- Promoting all other services provided

- Arrange and facilitate show house viewings when required.

- Complete the company’s Academy and become a certified Investment Strategist
