Our client, a leading company specializing in the design and manufacturing of premium food display equipment, is seeking a dynamic, detail-driven individual to join their team as a Purchasing & Operations Coordinator.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do
Reporting directly to the General Director, you’ll be the glue that keeps purchasing, logistics, and stock control running smoothly. Your days will be filled with:

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

• Managing and following up on both local and international purchase orders
• Keeping suppliers in the loop and on time
• Providing clear, weekly order and payment reports
• Assisting with component updates or parts needed by the Argentine production team

• Coordinating outgoing shipments and preparing shipping documentation
• Tracking urgent part movements to keep production flowing

• Working closely with the stock controller to track and verify incoming goods
• Flagging new deliveries for inspection and recording
• Monitoring internal part usage for production

• Experienced in purchasing, logistics, or operations administration
• Excel-savvy and comfortable using digital tracking tools
• Organized, methodical, and an excellent communicator
• A self-starter who works well independently
• Industrial/manufacturing experience is a bonus
