KNOWLEDGE NEEDED

Professional knowledge of theory and techniques in a specialised field, or knowledge of a number of fields acquired through tertiary education and /or considerable experience

(The knowledge and skills would enable the job holder to make interpretive decisions (open ended risky decisions with possible long term consequences, e.g. Systems Analyst, Human Resources Manager, Consultant, Engineer)

*Professional knowledge is in depth knowledge of a specialist area gained through graduate education, specialisation and experience in the appropriate field.

*Specialised field is a specialised branch of a discipline , e.g. job evaluation, category management, property law, systems architecture. Typically the job holder would require formal education and in depth experience to become an expert in a specialised field.

MSExcel, MSWord and MSPowerpoint experience is a pre-requisite.

Advanced Access, Excel, Visio, MSProject experience will be an advantage.

Knowledge of Engineering and Quality control principles and Statistical data analyses

Knowledge of stock control procedures and regulations required.

In-depth knowledge of plastic material, processes and procedures will be an distict advantage

Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.

Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
