Purpose Of The Job:

We are urgently seeking a Qualified Master Technician with Ford and Mahindra experience to join our client’s dealership based in Pretoria. This is a senior technical position suited for a professional with extensive diagnostic experience and a proven track record within dealership environments. Candidates with Master Technician status in Audi or VW are also encouraged to apply.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Accurately diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards within expected timeframes
Perform complex diagnostics and repairs, including:
Emission control systems
Computerized electrical and ignition systems
Fuel injection systems
ABS and cruise control
Auto transmissions and 4WD internal components
On-board computer issues and computerized A/C systems
Mentor and train junior technicians where necessary
Capably perform duties across all technician levels
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards
Perform ad-hoc duties as required to ensure superior service delivery

Requirements:

Qualified Red Seal Master Mechanic (Essential)
Master Technician certification with Ford and/or Mahindra preferred
(Master Tech in Audi or VW will also be considered)
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Master Technician in a dealership or multi-franchise environment
High Voltage training or exposure (Advantageous)
Valid Driver’s License (Essential)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Leadership skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude
Excellent communication and professionalism
Automotive experience is Essential!!
