To ensure products manufactured conforms to quality, safety and reliability standards

NQF 4 - Supervisory Management Qualification
Certificate in Quality Control

• Technical knowledge of process, inclusive of equipment, raw materials.
• Relevant quality system and certification

• Conflict Management

Quality Control Planning:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits
• Develop and maintain quality control records, including documentation of test results, inspection reports. and corrective actions taken.

Personnel Management:
Responsible to lead, motivate and train subordinates

Customer Service
Responsible to customer inquires regarding, product quality and provide resolutions to customer complaints.
