To ensure products manufactured conforms to quality, safety and reliability standards

Role: Quality Control Supervisor

Matric
NQF 4 - Supervisory Management Qualification
Certificate in Quality Control

Technical knowledge of process, inclusive of equipment, raw materials.

Quality Control Planning:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits
Develop and maintain quality control records, including documentation of test results, inspection reports. and corrective actions taken.

Personnel Management:
Responsible to lead, motivate and train subordinates

Customer Service
Responsible to customer inquires regarding, product quality and provide resolutions to customer complaints.
