JOB SUMMARY:
Are you a Qualified Quality Controller and Assurance inspector and are you seeking an opportunity for career growth within the Renewable energy sector? 8-10 years minimum Aluminium experience will be given preference.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities

Complete line inspection during extrusion, powder coating, anodizing, packing, dispatch process.
Root cause analysis for quality issue during/ after extrusion process and its counter solution.
Compiling quality check reports.
Compiling of hardness report/ certificate.
Inspection of scrap/ return material for scavenging and making their report.
Take corrective & preventive actions by analysing the root cause through why- why analysis.
To Initiate root cause analysis for customer complaints and implement a solution for it.
Responsibility for eliminating quality problem-related issues.
Maintain daily checking targets, rework & rejection records.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years Experience in aluminium extrusion quality control and analysis.
Minimum 5-6 years experience in aluminium extrusion powder coating & anodising.
Knowledge of mechanical & chemical properties of aluminium essential - (alloy:-1050,5086, 6003,6005,6063,6061,6065 etc.)
Knowledge of different quality control & analysis tools such as FMEA/ SPC/ MSA/ 8D.
Capable of developing checkpoints & procedures (as VAPL is a new entity, process development is required).
