Quality Inspector

SUMMARY:
On behalf of our client, a leading company in the Automotive sector, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Inspector Manager to join their growing team.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Perform detailed inspections and approve rework using platforms such as Matis and Jira.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Mentor and supervise inspection staff, ensuring consistent application of quality practices.
• Maintain audit readiness and support both internal and external audits.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection, including rework approval using Matis and Jira.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 standards.
• Proven ability to manage inspection teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with digital inspection and reporting tools.
• Experience in a high-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Quality Management or ISO standards (advantageous).
