JOB SUMMARY:
Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma or Degree in Food Technology
Certified FSSC 22000 implementation training and ISO 45001 implementation training
5+ years’ of relevant experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for:

Stay abreast with regulatory changes to food safety standards and customer requirements ensuring
that the necessary corrective action is timeously implemented
Assist in developing new processes for product development, labelling and packaging
Manage supplier audits and verifications according to required/agreed timeframes
Initiate and investigate customer/consumer complaints
Ensure compliance to the Health and Safety Act Act
Personal development of team members
As a member of the Commercial Divisions management team, effective, regular and timeous
communication to all members is required
