Our client is a multi-disciplinary construction company.

Job Description

Estimating of MEIP Works in conjunction with the Project Planner and Project Manager.
Development of Project CPS (Budget) in conjunction with the Project Manager.
Development of Monthly Cost Reports.
Cost vs. Sales Analysis.
Ensures consistent cash-flow reporting.
Subcontract Administration.
Assist the day-to-day delivery of all commercial aspects of the Project.
Commercially administer the project in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
Administration of Project commercial risk and inform the Project Manager of any risks that may be detrimental to the Project.
Update monthly cost tracking tools to ensure consistent and precise reporting.

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Skills

Minimum of 8 years’ industry experience – Renewable Energy sector, contractor experience preferential.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple projects.
Must have extensive Civil, Mechanical, Structural Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation experience.
Proven experience in conflict avoidance, entitlement appraisal and dispute resolution.
Knowledge & understanding of contract law and commercial/contracts management.
Conversant with operating in a ‘Functionally’ structured organization.
