SUMMARY:
Our client a successful retail based in SA and in parts of Africa is looking for a trainee operations manager to join their regional team based in Durban.

POSITION INFO:

the role requires travelling to all the regions store to perform the following tasks:

Maximize profits of the region:

Maximise Sales
Identify Gaps and opportunities related to product lines
Manage and minimise costs
Manage and miniimise shrinkage

To monitor and ensure consistant implementation of the company policy. standards, procedures and systems with the region.

Regular branch inspections
Regular follow-ups
Effective use of reports / biportal
Analyse reports and ensure effective implementation
To oversee the effective management of human resources within the region
To grow market share
Identify possible revamps of old stores
Ensure successful opoening of new stores
Identify gaps and propose relevent product range for the relevant store profiles within the region
