The Group currently has a  vacancy for a detail orientated Receptionist who possesses accurate administrative skills as well as impeccable communication  and customer service abilities. The successful candidate will be situated at the Gauteng Head Office in Elandsfontein and will report to the Executive PA. He/she will also have to:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Administrative support across the organization
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Directing customers for payments
• Order front office supplies via Requisition Manager
• Booking boardrooms via company intranet
• Assisting in-house laundry queries
• Booking Couriers online
• Sending out staff birthday reminder emails
• Assisting with capturing of laundry invoices
• Sending weekly updates on laundry invoices
• Drafting business cards template for printing

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

• Matric
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
