SUMMARY:
Our client based in Witbank is looking for a Receptionist to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
2 – 3 years’ experience as a receptionist
Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Making appointments
Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges
Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc
Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
Reception support - Managing incoming calls
Daily administrative duties
Receiving incoming clients
Taking messages for management
Handling documentation
Cash-up
