JOB SUMMARY:
A well-known construction company requires the above to manage and oversee the reception and office administration as well as manage all the marketing for the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

The successful candidate must have a matric with good attention to detail.
Previous experience having worked as a receptionist or office administrator is preferred for the role.
Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as time management, organisational and customer services skills.
Must have excellent telephone skills and polite telephone manner.
Must be able to multi-task by listening and taking notes whilst working under pressure.
Previous experience having worked on pastel is preferred but not essential as the company is happy to train the person on Pastel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Answering all calls, screening accordingly and transferring to the required person
Performing all office administration and replying to emails and various correspondence.
Assisting and working closely with financial manager handling financial administration.
Ordering stationery and office refreshments when required to do so.
Arranging all courier collections and quotes as well as deliveries as and when required.
Updating all websites with new images and information that is required.
Managing and handling all social media administration for the company.
Assisting management with all corporate gifting and branding.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
