JOB SUMMARY:
NOW HIRING – Recruiter to join our Mining business in South Africa on a short-term contract basis.

Contract position – 12 months
Location - Randburg

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Following up with Hiring Managers on applicants submitted for review
Following up with Hiring Managers on applicants interviewed
Reference checks on applicants moving forward
Verification checks on applicants hired
Create Wood Corporate CVs of new hires
Review manpower plans with line for next 3-6 months and create an action plan
Create a database of skilled “available” resourcing for both sectors
Prepare recruitment stats weekly to P&O Director

Qualifications:

Matric Certificate
Human Resources Diploma

Knowledge, skills, and experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment function
Proven track record of using social media to attract talent
Experience of using automated tracking systems, ideally ICIMS
