Recruitment Consultant

Matric and a minimum of 2-3 years recruitment experience within an agency environment is essential
Assist with the management of our key accounts by contributing towards the placement process
You will be required to source, screen, interview and shortlist suitable Candidates for various permanent roles
You will manage the "candidate process" from start to finish
Thorough and detailed screening is required
Liaise with the Key Account Manager in the team and provide feedback on your shortlisting progress daily
Work within a fast paced environment to ensure client parameters and deadlines are met
Conduct all background checks
This is a desk bound position and office based
