Staff Solutions is expanding and we have a brand new exciting vacancy for a career driven, independent and professional Recruitment/Business Development Consultant who is able to expand our footprint even further.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

If you have gained experience in the Recruitment field, have a passion for matching candidate to client, can work independently, are sales/target driven and would like to work from home, then this position might be just for you.

What we need from you:
A home office - internet connection
Laptop
Matric with at least 3 years Recruitment/Sales experience gained within a Recruitment agency environment
Highly Computer Literate
A passion for people and a hunger to succeed.
Self- Driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Clear criminal and credit record

About the position:

Sourcing new business
Servicing existing clients
Sourcing/headhunting suitable candidates
Matching candidates to job specs
Typing of CV''s, obtaining references.
Background screening.
Liaising with client and candidates
Initiating and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
