My client who is specializing in soil improvers, plant and animal nutrition is looking for Regional Managers in the North West province. 

The ideal candidate must be able to drive, coach and manage the team of the region and take responsibility for the region. 

If you have exceptional project, staff and relationship management skills, a strong sense of initiative, fine-tuned business development skills, I am interested in hearing from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing quality mentorship for the sales representatives in the region while always upholding the company’s values.
• Achieving the Region’s revenue and profitability for the companies’ products as they are sold within the region.
• Training and inducting technical sales representatives.
• Establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
• Training sales representatives to sell value and solutions to the customers.
• Performance management of technical sales representatives.
• Directing the selling activities within the region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
• Prioritizing effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
• Responsible for the region’s forecasting and sales tracking.
• Setting the vision for the Region and developing and adhering to a business plan to attain this vision.
• Evaluating market trends and gathering competitive information, identifying trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
• Develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company.
• Analyze information and evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problems to provide direction, support and assistance to the region.
• Develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently.
• Encourage and build team spirit among staff, bringing about mutual respect and cooperation.
• Identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company.
