JOB SUMMARY:
Are you an expert in the Trade Marketing sector working within various countries in Africa?

Our International Client requires your analytical ability with advanced data skills to manage our clients Brand strategies for Africa and Middle East markets.

Expertise in the luxury brands, spirits or wine sector will add value to maximise brand image, sales, and profitability for our clients exceptionally well established global successful organisation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric plus relevant University degree
Minimum 5 years Trade Marketing specialist experience
Experience in 3rd party distribution – highly advantageous
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft skills
Highly analytical with excellent presentation skills
Positive energy and self-motivated
Hungry for growth
Ability to travel monthly

DUTIES

Lead Trade marketing activities for Africa and Middle East markets across multichannel (On trade, Off trade, E retail)
Coordinate and maximize brand image, sales & profitability
Provide Commercial analysis - pricing, distribution, category, competitors etc. and provide recommendations
Support the market with the correct tools and drive tools on new brand strategies
Provide teams in the field with a structured and innovative set of tools and clear executional guidelines to implement 360 activations
Drive merchandising, visibility, POS and tailored made projects
Develop and manage a network of suppliers and agencies to ensure best in class executions and maximize cost efficiencies
Support markets with creative designs, coordinate production and implementation
Act as a central touch point to coordinate and drive various business objectives between regional, market & global stakeholders
Support Management with preparation of Vision & Mission strategies
Provide Commercial analysis - pricing, distribution, category, competitors etc. and provide recommendations
Quarterly and bi-annual reporting
Develop a strategy at Regional level and conduct analysis of the E retail, digital landscape and seek new opportunities
Drive online distribution strategy
Lead brand planning process
