SUMMARY:
Gijima Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client for 5x Registry Officials. This is a 1 year contract only

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Matric and,
• Post matric training programme in Administration or equivalent.
• 1- 2 years in a similar environment, inclusive of internship experience.

• Ability to capture and access data on computer systems.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication, typing and writing skills.
• Computer literacy.

• Receive, record, open and sort mail.
• Courier collection from drop-off area at reception.
• Create patch codes for received mail.
• Create distribution lists and distribute mail received.
• Print registration packages and package for dispatch.
• Correctly dispatch outgoing mail using the appropriate mode (courier, registered post, normal post).
• Follow up on dispatched shipments and attend to problem shipments.
• Create cases for Return to sender mail.
• Document retrieval.
• Capture change of data and notice of death on EBS and OSVC.
• Prepare and quality assure documents for scanning.
• Scanning documents for offsite storage.
• Attend to all telephonic and e-mail enquiries.
