POSITION INFO:
A multinational organization within the automotive industry, based in Centurion, is seeking a Reporting Specialist to join its finance team. Operating across multiple markets, this business requires a technically strong CA(SA) to ensure financial accuracy, IFRS compliance, and reporting integrity in a highly controlled, performanceâdriven environment.

This is a specialist role where you’ll act as the technical accounting expert, supporting both finance and operational teams while ensuring financial frameworks remain compliant, efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the technical accounting expert and IFRS resource to the business
Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Oversee reconciliations, balance sheet integrity, and lease accounting (IFRS 16)
Monitor posting books, process corrections, and maintain GL structures
Review and improve cash management processes and financial controls
Support tax compliance and reporting requirements
Drive internal control improvements and governance alignment
Assist with BâBBEE reporting and compliance initiatives

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification (essential)
3–5 years’ experience (including articles)
Strong exposure to financial reporting and technical accounting
IFRS 16 knowledge essential
Solid IFRS expertise (nonânegotiable)
SAP experience beneficial
Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
Ability to operate confidently as a technical specialist in a multinational environment
