Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance including buildings, roads, water systems, and vehicles.
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Liaise closely with management and other departments to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
- Control maintenance budgets and manage procurement of supplies and services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reserve’s infrastructure and operational sustainability.
