JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client has an opportunity available for a Retail Operations Admin Controller based in the Western Cape.

Requirements:

Matric certificate.
Data Analyst or similar certification.
Highly computer literate with Excel & Power Query knowledge.
Experience with MS Power Bi and understanding of DAX.
Excellent time management skills and deadline oriented.
Attention to detail and the ability to cope under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Conduct monthly internal & external reporting.
Maintain and develop Power Bi models across Finance and Ops.
Assist ROM teams through data mining to identify retail indicators and trends.
Prepare presentations for Senior teams and MD.
Prepare retail and expenses budgets.
Prepare benchmark and competition scorecards.
Prepare Central Office Nat GUILD reports.
Provide meaningful insight into competitor landscapes and retail environments.
Track and measure key performance metrics.
Report on strategic loyalty campaigns and retail benchmarking.
Track TSPs, key financial metrics and store profitability.
Ensure the upkeep of Retail Risk dashboards and NSF KPIs.
Participate in the preparation of Members Meetings, AGM and Cell Meetings.
Track rebate overriders & prepare functional targets.
