Lexdan Select is assisting a client in the property sector with their search for a Retail Property Coordinator, based in Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

National Diploma in Property Management or related
3+ years’ experience within Retail Property Environment
Communication skills
Conflict Resolution/Management skills

Responsibilities:

Act as PR / liaison and general contact point for tenants
Manage and facilitate the entire tenant life-cycle
Collating and presenting data across the business
Act as tenant representatives within the business
Evaluate turnover reports
