SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail and Merchandising Manager to oversee the retail operations and merchandising strategies for our growing business.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in retail management and merchandising
Strong understanding of product placement, inventory management, and visual merchandising
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product mix and promotions
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proactive and results-driven with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

POSITION INFO:
Main Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Develop and implement effective merchandising plans aligned with business objectives
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics
Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and challenges
Ensure the retail space is visually appealing and aligns with brand standards
