Retail and Merchandising Manager

SUMMARY:
A leading luxury lodge is looking for an experienced and creative Retail and Merchandising Manager to oversee their boutique and gallery spaces. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in retail, an eye for design, and a passion for guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of lodge-based retail outlets and curio shops
• Source and select high-end merchandise aligned with the lodge brand
• Oversee merchandising, stock control, and visual displays
• Lead and train in-store teams to deliver exceptional service
• Develop retail strategies to increase revenue and enhance the guest journey

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years in retail management, preferably in luxury or hospitality settings
• Strong merchandising, buying, and customer service skills
• A good understanding of stock control and POS systems
• Creative flair with a passion for storytelling through product curation
• Willingness to live on-site in a remote, bush-based environment
