Trading Retention Specialist

POSITION INFO:

Ubuntu Markets a regester and Licensed Brokarge Company. We currently seeks to employ Trading Retention Specialists for their Durban Office. The position focuses to maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients in the financial trading industry, aiming to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. This role involves proactive engagement with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirement

1-2 years in Similar position
Matriculated
Financal certificate and added advantage
Must come from Online trading enviroment

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Churn Reduction: Identifying at-risk clients and implementing strategies to prevent them from leaving.
Customer Satisfaction: Addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive trading experience.
Retention Strategy Development: Contributing to the development and execution of retention strategies.
Data Analysis: Analyzing client behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Working with other teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to implement retention initiatives.
Reporting: Monitoring key performance metrics related to retention and providing regular reports.
Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on trading products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Proactive Engagement: Contacting clients to understand their needs and offer solutions before they consider leaving.
