Min Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Law, Finance, or a related field

5 years plus Experience as a Risk and Compliance Officer in the financial services or insurance
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to the Corporate legislation• Relevant certifications (e.g., RE5, CRMA, CIA ) would be an advantage

Responsibilities
Manage and conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.
Train employees on compliance and risk management issues.
Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
Participate in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
