JOB SUMMARY:
SACPCMP / Professional Construction Project Manager / PrCPM / Senior Contracts Manager required for Building Contractor in Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience required: Minimum of 10 years experience as Contracts Manager and preference shall be given to applications who have been involved with a variety of building projects covering healthcare, residential, industrial, commercial, turnkey interior fit-outs, institutional, hospitality and development projects.

Education requirements: ONLY open for registered candidates who are already registered with SACPCMP

The development and management of the Group’s SOP’s
Quality management
Project cost management
Programme management
Procurement management
Value engineering
Problem solving
Project change management
Project scope management
Time management
Risk management

Summary of what we are looking for:
We are ideally looking for someone who is an astute and results driven Business Executive, specialising in Construction Project Management. Experience working with well-established Construction Companies on a variety of Projects covering Healthcare, Residential, Industrial and Commercial builds would be an advantage.
We are ideally looking for someone who is a self-starter, goal-driven, dynamic and passionate in dealings with people and business executives.
This specific role reports directly to the Directors and is responsible for all site staff on numerous construction projects throughout Cape Town.
