SAP Ariba (Technical)

SUMMARY:

The SAP Ariba Technical Consultant will support the technical implementation and integration of SAP Ariba as part of the broader S/4HANA transformation programme. The role includes configuring Ariba modules, managing integrations with S/4HANA via CIG or other middleware, and ensuring alignment with procurement and business processes.

The SAP Ariba Technical Consultant will support the technical implementation and integration of SAP Ariba as part of the broader S/4HANA transformation programme. The role includes configuring Ariba modules, managing integrations with S/4HANA via CIG or other middleware, and ensuring alignment with procurement and business processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a SAP Ariba Consultant.
• Proven track record in delivering at least one (1) full-cycle SAP Ariba implementation.
• Must have hands-on experience in configuration, technical setup, and/or integration of SAP Ariba with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA or ECC).
• Must hold a valid SAP Ariba certification relevant to their area of expertise.

Experience Skill:

• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules, including but not limited to:
• Sourcing, Contracts, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Lifecycle Performance, or Ariba Network Integration.
• Experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA or ECC via:
• CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
• SAP PI/PO
• SAP Integration Suite
• Ability to configure workflows, approval rules, custom fields, and manage business process settings within Ariba.
• Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders from procurement, IT, and supplier management teams to ensure solution alignment and adoption.
• Experience with Ariba APIs, data mapping, and error handling is a plus.
• Strong communication, technical documentation, and requirement translation skills

Certification:

Must hold:

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Ariba (any specialization such as Procurement, Integration, or Sourcing

Mandatory:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a SAP Ariba Consultant.
• At least 1 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementation completed.
• Experience with Ariba-to-SAP integration (S/4HANA or ECC) via CIG, PI/PO, or SAP Integration Suite.
• Must hold a valid SAP Ariba certification
