JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

SAP Global Support Team
Global IS Lead
Supply Chain GMs in each region
Plant Management
Material Management
Commodity Management
Copper Commercial Service functions 9Transactional services, Vendor Management, Compliance, Legal Services)
Copper IT Management

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

BSc / BCom Degree or Diploma equivalent
Certification in a Program min language
PMP certification

Competencies:

Multi-basking and excellent management of time and priorities is essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills that work effectively within tea m and different audiences at all levels
Demonstrated, well-developed judgment and problem-solving skills whilst working in a highIy pressurized environment
Pro- active, committed and highIy motivated
Ability to work independently
Ability to work well in a team
Need to be adaptable, flexible and eager to learn
Analyse risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating
High level of attention to detail
A strong customer focus and ability to work in a global, demanding environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to define problems, collects details data, analyse and interpret results and recommend changes and improvements
Computer literate MS Office. Strong Excel & Power Point skills
Strong experience in a SAP projects and global SAP tern plate
FIuent in English (speaking, writing) as this is an English-speaking environment. Other languages are an advantage, such as French,

Work Experience:

More than 10 years relevant experience in Project Management within the SAP World
Completion of 3 or more; full life cycle project implementations and at l S/4 HANA full cycle implementation.
Strong experience in SAP projects and global SAP ternplate
