POSITION INFO:

The SAP Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the end-to-end solution architecture for the SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA (RISE Private Cloud) upgrade, as well as the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, GRC, and Ariba. The role involves aligning technical design with business goals, ensuring integration across modules and platforms, and providing architectural leadership across functional and technical teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a SAP Solution Architect.
• Must have successfully delivered at least three (3) full-cycle implementations involving one or more of the following:
  • SAP S/4HANAor RISE with SAP
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • SAP Ariba
• Must have served as the lead Solution Architect, responsible for overall solution design and alignment to business and technical requirements.

Experience Skill:

• Expertise in designing hybrid cloud/on-premise architectures using SAP BTP, Integration Suite, or SAP PI/PO.
• Strong understanding of SAP core modules (e.g., Finance, Logistics, HR) and their integration points.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical domains, engaging effectively with business stakeholders and developers.
• Experience with integration scenarios involving third-party systems, APIs, and legacy environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multi-vendor and multi-country programme environments is preferred.

Certification:

Must hold at least 2 of the following SAP certifications:

• SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP Integration Suite
• SAP Certified Associate – Solution Architect
• SAP Certified Associate – SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
• SAP Basis Certification

Mandatory:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP Solution Architect.
• Must have led the solution design on a minimum of three (3) SAP full-cycle implementations.
• Must have hands-on experience with at least one of the following solutions: S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or Ariba.
• Must possess at least two of the listed SAP certifications.
