We are looking for a Mid-Level SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant to join our team for an exciting hybrid role (60% onsite / 40% remote), Sandton.

• Start Date: 01 August 2025
• End Date: 31 December 2025 (with possibility of extension)

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• SAP EC Payroll Interfaces
• Integration between EC and ECP

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP Payroll solutions tailored to client needs.
• Configure and support South African payroll processes within SAP ECP.
• Implement and maintain SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in line with compliance standards.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, including time management and finance modules.
• Design and configure schemas, rules, wage types, and off-cycle payroll processes.
• Develop and support payroll interfaces with third-party vendors, banks, and government agencies.
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance (UAT) testing.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for end-to-end SAP Payroll integration.
• Maintain thorough documentation for audit and compliance.
