POSITION INFO:

The Senior Functional Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Learning will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle implementation and optimisation of the Learning Management System (LMS) within the broader SAP SuccessFactors suite. The role includes functional design, configuration, integration, testing, and training, enabling effective learning strategies aligned to organisational goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Functional Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Must have successfully completed at least four (4) full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Must hold a valid and current SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification, including the latest Delta certification.

Experience Skill:

• Strong configuration expertise in SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including:
  • Learning Items, Curricula, Programs, Assignment Profiles, Scheduled Offerings
  • Instructor-Led Training (ILT), e-Learning, Blended Learning
  • Learning Assessments, Surveys, and Certification Management
• Knowledge of User Management, Security Roles, Approval Workflows, and Learning Plans.
• Experience integrating LMS with Employee Central, third-party content providers, and reporting tools (e.g., Plateau Reports, Story Reports).
• Proven ability to:
  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops
  • Translate business needs into functional designs
  • Configure the LMS, develop training material, and deliver end-user support
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with test planning, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Certification:

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management
  • Including the latest Delta certification

Mandatory:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Functional Consultant.
• Successfully delivered 4 full-cycle LMS implementations.
• Must hold a valid and current SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification, including Delta certification.
