POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum ofÂ three (3) years of experience as aÂ Functional Consultant forÂ SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Must have successfully completedÂ at least four (4) full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Must hold aÂ valid and current SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification, including theÂ latest Delta certification.

Experience Skill:

Strong configuration expertise inÂ SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including:
- Learning Items,Â Curricula,Â Programs,Â Assignment Profiles,Â Scheduled Offerings
- Instructor-Led Training (ILT),Â e-Learning,Â Blended Learning
- Learning Assessments,Â Surveys, andÂ Certification Management
Knowledge ofÂ User Management,Â Security Roles,Â Approval Workflows, andÂ Learning Plans.
Experience integrating LMS withÂ Employee Central,Â third-party content providers, andÂ reporting tools (e.g.,Â Plateau Reports,Â Story Reports).
Proven ability to:
- ConductÂ requirement-gathering workshops
- Translate business needs intoÂ functional designs
- Configure the LMS, developÂ training material, and deliverÂ end-user support
StrongÂ communication,Â documentation, andÂ stakeholder management skills.
Experience withÂ test planning,Â deployment, andÂ post-go-live support.

Certification:

SAP Certified Application Associate â€“ SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management
- Including theÂ latest Delta certification

Mandatory:

MinimumÂ 3 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Functional Consultant.
Successfully deliveredÂ 4 full-cycle LMS implementations.
Must hold aÂ valid and current SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification, includingÂ Delta certification.
