SENIOR LEGAL SECRETARY

BOLAND / WINELANDS

R30 000 - R45 000 CTC PER MONTH / DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric and post matric will be beneficial
8 years + experience as a Senior Legal Secretary within the legal sector
Conveyancing qualification and experience a minimum requirement, commercial experience will be advantageous
Transfer or bonds experience or both would be beneficial
Specific transfer types: Agricultural and Residential
Transfers and registrations with the deeds office
Outstanding professional communication and language skills in both Afrikaans and English (oral and written)
Systems in use: Lexis Convey and Practice, MS Office and Ghost Practice
Above average numeracy skills
Attention to detail
Ability to function well within a small team
Good organisational skills with the ability to function well under pressure, prioritise tasks, multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
Willing to work overtime when required
