POSITION INFO:
A reputable building contractor is seeking a SACPCMP-registered Safety Officer to oversee all Health & Safety compliance on a high-end residential development in Paarl

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the site-specific Safety Management Plan
• Ensure full compliance with OHS Act and SACPCMP regulations
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, safety audits and risk assessments
• Maintain SHE file and ensure all safety documentation is current and complete
• Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and external auditors

• SACPCMP Registration as Safety Officer (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on residential or construction projects
• Sound knowledge of OHS legislation and construction site safety practices
