SUMMARY:
Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
We are recruiting for a Sales Executive located in and around Sandton to join a recognised multi-vendor establishment specialising in providing managed IT services. The ideal candidate should encompass more than 3 years’ experience within a external sales envirnonment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Essential: Matric.
• 3 years of External sales environment experience preferably as a corporate account manager in the IT industry.
• Proven track record and sales achievements in previous sales positions.
• Must have knowledge of sales and the IT industry.
• Essential: Valid Driver’s License and Own Transport.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Set up appointments and meet up with customers
• Update all internal systems to accurately track activities and Growth.
• Aid with up-selling prospects and closing deals.
• Provide monthly reports on sales vs budget achievements, new accounts opened for the month, pipelines, and the sales forecasts.
• Required to explore active customer base, segmentation, industry type, sales areas, sales reports, and sales activities.
• Operate the CRM and ensure their customers details are updated and correct.
• Find prospective target areas, Target Markets, and Industry Types.
• Work together with clients to create and maintain successful relationships with new and current customers.
• Have proficiency in adapting quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures.
• Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
