Our client is looking for a Sales Executive/ Service Advisor.

Salary: Market related- depending on experience.

Job Description

• Furnish customers with quotations, both verbally and written
• Customer-liaison in respect of progress on jobs
• Handling of customer complaints
• Supplier-liaison and spares-ordering
• Creation of job-cards, estimates and invoices
• Database administration
• Stock-checks
• Write technical reports
• General administration duties

Candidate Requirements

• Candidate could be relatively junior, but must be teachable
• Must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
• Excellent telephone-etiquette
• Must be able to function very well in a team
• Must be computer-literate (MS Office)
• Knowledge of Sage Accounting (Quoting and Invoicing) would be an advantage
• Own, reliable transport
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Candidates with experience in Motor-industry (such as Technical Service Advisor) will receive preference
• Candidates with experience in Yellow Metal-industry (such as Caterpillar) will receive preference
